The walls are really thin, so you can hear everything, and they put guests right next to each other even when there aren't many visitors. The elevator was out, too, and it's all the way at the end of the hall, so depending on where your room is, stairs may be the only option. Rooms are mediocre and weren't entirely clean. The pillows and toilet paper are extremely thin, and there are more up-to-standard options in the area. In the morning, staff repeatedly knocked even with the do not disturb sign up, no later than 9:30. On the first morning it was 8:55. They also log you out of your TV streaming services before checkout.

The bedding is the best I've had during all my stays in Columbus, where I'm here often for work. The room was maybe a touch outdated, but still comfortable. The bar and morning cafe are so convenient, and everyone working at the cafe was sweet and friendly. I'll definitely stay again.

The location is handy, near the interstate and shopping, but this Courtyard felt very basic, more like an economy motel. The front door was broken, and the rooms were dated and not thoroughly cleaned. Water pressure in both the sink and shower was abysmal, and there wasn't a luggage rack. Glad I only stayed one night. I'll try to pick another property next time.

The gentleman at the front desk was excellent, and I slept like a baby. My room was clean and comfortable, and the zoo is close by. Had a great stay!

The toilet paper in the rooms was cheap and unpleasant. Also, during both days of my stay, the main electric entrance door was broken, which made getting in and out with luggage difficult. They said the extreme cold caused it, but I didn't see anyone trying to repair it.
