Mr. Joseph was the very definition of hospitality, and I truly think he deserves corporate recognition for how often he was there for me. Charles has such a kind spirit, too. Mena was an absolute gem and made our stay so great. I felt safe around her and could totally see her managing with complete honesty. Troy helped me feel safe taking my child to the pool alone. Sarah was a boss in hospitality, so wholesome with me and my child, and I really appreciated that. Chinten was incredibly professional and kind, and helped my kid and me get a better remote. I hope we can visit again soon.

The restaurant was good for a hotel, and I gave it two stars because I guess I've dealt with worse. My room didn't seem fully cleaned: the beds were barely made and the towels hardly folded, so it was tough to tell if housekeeping had really cleaned. It was convenient that they had chargers since my rental car was electric, but Teslas occupied those spots the whole time and there was no limit on their use. I had to waste time going somewhere else. When I asked the front desk, they just shrugged.

We arrived expecting to check in before 3:00 PM because we'd called ahead and were specifically told early check-in would be available. Once there, staff said it wasn't possible and we'd have to wait for the regular check-in time. That contradictory information and lack of communication were the most frustrating parts. The experience left a very negative impression. Better communication and customer service are needed.

The area is marvelous, full of greenery, and the hotel works well for a business trip. The room was spacious, though I found a few stains on my sheets. The lobby seating area was dirty when we arrived. Breakfast was simple but good.
