Quality Inn & Suites Dublin

This place was still being renovated in June 2025, and my room was only fairly clean. The ceiling paint was peeling, trash had been left in the wastebasket, and the shampoo bottle was half empty. There was a clothes bar but no hangers, an iron with no board, two coffee cups but no coffee maker or coffee, and toilet paper but no tissues. I paid the going rate and felt a bit gypped.

Please pick another hotel. It’s being remodeled, but the rooms are left unfinished, with dirty, dingy walls and spackling over holes. I could smell my neighbors cooking noodles, and then roaches showed up like I was in their room. I’m a diamond member, and they blocked me from reviewing through the Choice app. They moved me after I reported the bugs, but the next room was just as unclean. The bed was like concrete, and I saw another roach on the second floor. I felt dirty even after showering. I was disappointed and disgusted. Never again, you’ve been warned.

The staff were super friendly, the service was great, and our room stayed clean. I was there with family and would stay again.

I’ve traveled for business constantly for 35 years, including stays in third-world countries, and this is honestly the worst place I’ve ever been. It looked passable online, and there weren’t many options nearby that night, so I booked and had to pay in advance. Their Wi-Fi didn’t work, so I used my phone hotspot, and the TV was out too.
