La Quinta Inn & Suites Dublin

Dana and her staff are world class at customer service and making our group feel accommodated. The hotel is consistently clean, and our rooms are a great value compared with hotels in a similar category. I'm looking forward to staying again without hesitation. Brian

The room was very clean and smelled free of pets, even though dogs are allowed. We had a comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, and heard very little from our king room across from the elevator, apart from someone slamming a door. Some guests seem to forget they're not at home. Rooms are very nice, though a few spots need repair. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, restaurants are close by, and Longhorn Steakhouse is right across the street. The front desk and housekeeping staff were excellent, and the hotel is conveniently near Interstate 16. Don't hesitate to stay despite other posts.

We paid way too much for this place. The pool was filthy, with mold and hair growing on the main floor, and there were roaches by the pool. The outdoor furniture was horrible. Our rooms stayed very hot even after turning down the AC, which they would turn back up, and my allergies bothered me the whole time. At 8:30 in the morning, a loud party was singing and playing drums in the conference room. We only stayed because everything else was booked for a baseball tournament. Never again.

For one night on the road, it was decent. My husband, our two teenage daughters, and I all slept well, and breakfast was included. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The sheets were clean, but the top spreads seemed not to be washed between guests. There was a strong perfume smell and a stale odor in several places near where someone's head would go. We turned the cover around so the fresh-smelling end was at our heads. If you have allergies or asthma, be aware that although the hotel says it's 100% smoke-free, the whole second floor and our room smelled of cannabis. The room itself wasn't as strong, and it seemed the staff were doing their best to deal with it. That's just the nature of things these days, not their failing.
