Our family of five had a smooth, easy check-in and found the hotel clean and tidy throughout. The location was great, with lots of handy places nearby. Staff were friendly, and when we called about an issue, they got us the help we needed right away. Breakfast was complimentary, excellent, and well looked after by the workers.

My travel delay made check-in complicated, but the staff worked out an accommodation without making me feel like a burden. Ramon set the tone from the start, and Matt, Nikki, and Carl were all professional. They made me feel welcome and at home, and I felt I could rely on their knowledge and help. I'll definitely come back and recommend the place.

The nearby cinema, shops, and restaurants are only about a minute away, so there's not much need to drive around. I stayed three days and really enjoyed it. My room was spacious and clean, breakfast was fairly healthy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice touch that they have Tazo tea as well as coffee.

A pretty average hotel, though it's clean, comfortable, well located, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is very basic and needs an upgrade. Bring your own toilet tissue, you'll thank me later.

We left San Ramon Marriott because of the rude attitude and came here. Best decision. They welcomed us kindly, included breakfast, and even made fresh coffee for my husband. Great location, large rooms with a kitchenette, and comfortable beds. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!
