I’ve been here close to three months, and Stacey has made the stay much nicer. She’s always friendly while cleaning and goes out of her way to let guests know they can ask her about fresh towels or a vacuum between cleanings. She gets things done without holding up other guests. My frustrations are the poor communication when cleaning schedules change and the ridiculous prices for laundry and vending. There aren’t other nearby options for laundry or even a soda or snack, so it feels like they’re taking advantage of people.

The room was filthy, and sorting out a refund took forever. The bed was still dirty, the floor sticky, there was hair and a used towel in the bathroom, and trash had been left behind. The card said Samantha had cleaned it, but it clearly hadn’t been properly done. The vents need a serious cleaning too. I couldn’t tell whether the buildup in the lobby vent was dirt or black mold. Getting in was fine. I don’t blame the front desk woman for the stressful situation, since she seemed to be doing her best, but when I asked for a refund she walked away without saying anything, didn’t give it to me, and left my partner and me listening to the fire alarm blare. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The hotel was VERY quiet, which I appreciated, and my room was one of the cleanest I’ve had. Housekeeper Stacy did a wonderful job. I have ocd, so I move things around to check whether they’ve been cleaned properly, and she had taken care of everything. The women at the front desk were friendly and accommodating from check-in through checkout. The room could use a little maintenance tlc, but nothing major. You’ll need a car to get around, and everything closes early. Highly recommend it for a clean, quiet, friendly getaway.

I stayed more than three weeks because moving all my things was too much hassle. I travel for work and usually like staying at Extended Stays, but I won’t come back to this one when I’m in the area after the holidays. It was worse than an OYO. I’d taken down my last review after hotel staff asked me to. Getting basic things was a struggle. They’d take old towels or sheets without leaving fresh ones, and if I asked for a vacuum to clean my room myself, the manager said no and offered a broom for the carpet. Asking for toilet paper made me feel worse than an inmate in jail. You couldn’t count on getting your room cleaned, and the front desk staff were rude and would lie. Sometimes there was nobody at the desk at all. The hallways were filthy, never vacuumed, with trash left sitting for days. Our fridge tilted open, so we had to hold it shut with electrical tape. When it stopped working and we lost food, we got, “you only have a few days left.”

I moved my worker elsewhere today, and canceled tomorrow’s upcoming reservation for two more workers. I won’t do business at this location again. Owners, please look into the staff and the state of the property. Workers travel hundreds of miles away from family to earn money, and they deserve honesty, respect, and decent service for the rates they pay, which can be similar to apartment rent. Truckers and union workers, beware. I arranged a room for a union worker about seven weeks ago at roughly $530 per week. The TV was broken the entire stay, despite concerns being brought to the front desk. Nobody from maintenance or management came to fix it. He was told to try a different outlet. Towels and other small requests went unanswered or were met with an attitude. Packages from Amazon went missing too. The first shipment, sent on 01/03/26, never reached him. A reorder included a 26 pound package that staff said had never arrived. The worker checked at the desk and reception staff member Shonell was dismissive and rude to both of us. He went back to his room to avoid a confrontation, so I called the desk myself. I told Shonell, though I may have her name spelled wrong, that the package was delivered on 01/07/26, and that the small package she gave him from 01/08/26 wasn’t everything he was expecting. Both boxes had the same name on them. She kept shouting that nobody had it, even after I explained that I had a picture and timestamp of the delivery. I also explained my role in arranging lodging for my crew. When I asked for the owner’s contact information, she said she didn’t know who she worked for because the company had just been franchised. I found it odd there was no other contact, and she hung up on me. I wrote to the city to try to find the owner. Thirty minutes after emailing a city contact, I got a call from Shonell saying it was a misunderstanding and she couldn’t understand the worker’s accent when he gave his name. The large package is still missing, and the name on it was the same as on the small box.
