The apartments had some positives. They were nice overall, and maintenance improved after the new manager came in. But the grounds were often dirty, and sound traveled badly between units. We could hear and feel the neighbors, including kids bouncing balls downstairs, and they could hear us walking. We raised it with the office, but nothing meaningful followed. Our experience with Morgan, the manager, was especially negative. We found her rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The leasing office lacked accountability, follow-up was poor, and important things kept falling through the cracks. When personal circumstances forced us to break the lease, communication got even worse and added stress. The office left a lasting bad impression. Management, customer service, accountability, and upkeep all need to improve.
