I found a bed bug on the bed, which is completely unacceptable. The room was filthy, and I felt uneasy and unsafe from the moment I arrived. The bathroom was disgusting, with hair on the floor, peeling paint, and a damaged toilet seat. My supervisor called the hotel, and they didn't even dispute the issue, which makes me think they know about the poor conditions. I'd strongly tell anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. It needs serious improvement.

Ms. Evelyn was super friendly, kind, and amazing, and John was very nice when he checked us in. The room was clean and everything worked. The beds weren't too comfy, and the room could use a fresh coat of paint, but it was pleasant enough to lay our heads for the night. As a GM at a Wyndham property, I'm particular about hotels. Still, I'd stay here again for a quick trip. Thanks to Days Inn and Wyndham for another successful stay!

I booked well in advance and drove down from NC, only to find bed bugs in room 105. I inspected room 102 as well, and it also had bed bugs, plus cigarette holes in fresh sheets. I took pictures of many bugs crawling along the mattress seam. Two out of two rooms were infested. This is unacceptable and not somewhere you want to stay. After I told the hotel about the infestation, I watched them continue to book rooms. I called John at the front desk and asked how he could rent rooms knowing there was a problem. He said he'd notified the manager. I told him to call the manager back, and that the health department would be there Monday to shut them down. I don't know who to contact to make sure something is done, but I'll follow up and advise everyone.

There were no complaints from me. The service was great, and the staff would help at any time. My room had a comfortable desk chair, a working microwave and refrigerator, and no carpet, which I liked. The beds were comfortable, the coffee was great, and there were lots of amenities. The view was beautiful, with clear sights of snow on the hills. Dublin was out of hotels during the snowstorm in southeast Georgia, so it was nice to see the snow everywhere. The room was $140, and I figured it was worth about $199 a night, especially with hotels sold out and prices up. If you can, book with Wyndham: you earn points for a stay, and 15,000 points gets you a free night. If you don't have points, download Wyndham and start earning them.
