The front desk woman was outstanding and very professional. She was the only good part of the stay, and deserves five stars for her customer service. The housekeeping needs attention, though. I had a reservation for March 14, 2026, and walking into the room left me feeling like I needed a shower. The cleanliness was really disappointing. Whoever owns this place needs to look into how it’s being kept.

The walls are so thin I could hear someone whispering in the next room. The non-smoking room smelled like smoking was allowed, and the bed frame was wobbly. There were bits of packaging stuck to the ice in the fridge. The cleaners took out the trash bag but didn’t replace it, and they left the bedding alone too.

After driving overnight for 10 hours to spend the week near my in-laws, who were vacationing in Dublin, I checked the room before bringing anything in. I gagged as soon as I walked inside. There were stains and patches on the walls, debris across the floor, hair all over the beds and pillows, stained sheets, and a filthy toilet and bathroom. I asked the front desk for a refund and got one. The cleaning lady was standing there and said, “I just cleaned your room, and I didn’t see any of that, so what’s wrong with it.” My jaw dropped. I’ll never stay here again.

I’d already paid for a week and signed a no-refund slip, and didn’t want to be “that person,” thinking you get what you pay for. But when I checked the mattress, the bed pulled away from the wall and I spotted small roaches. I bought bed bug spray at Walmart for peace of mind, plus roach spray. When I got back and stripped the sheets to use my own, roaches ran out of the bed, right from the sheets. I asked to switch rooms. The older woman at the desk wasn’t very polite about it, as if I was wrong to ask, but the manager was super nice and let me move. She even came to check that the new room was bug-free. I was so focused on bugs I missed the mold. I spent another hour scrubbing everything and spraying, then sat in my car for over an hour while the fumes cleared. My door handle was broken and came off every time I left the room. Check before you pay, or just avoid the place. The photos are from before I cleaned.
