We drove 11 hours and found the motel closed, with a sign on the door saying “NO HOTEL.” My confirmation email gave the address as 1712 Dumas Avenue, Dumas TX, and we had a reservation for tonight, June 4th. Imagine our surprise. When I called reservations, I didn't even get an “I'm sorry.” They said I was at the wrong address and made it my problem, though I was standing at the address on my reservation. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND. I WOULD GIVE A ZERO IF I COULD.

It was way overpriced. The rooms were okay, but what they told me was a kitchen turned out to be a big fridge and a sink. No stove or plates or anything like that.

For a work trip, this place was clean and new, nothing like the usual dirty old motel.

The staff are really nice, and it's a good motel. Give it a try.
