Hampton Inn & Suites Montgomery-EastChase

We felt well looked after and will definitely come back. The room was very clean and had what we needed, and the front desk was especially accommodating. Every staff member we came across was helpful, including the maid service. The hotel was near our exit, with plenty of restaurants close by.

We enjoyed our stay, and the staff were courteous, friendly, and attentive to what we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was quite nice. I wasn’t comfortable with the large bathroom product bottles because they seemed easy to tamper with. The carpets need a deep clean, and the secondary door lock felt flimsy. The hotel is in Eastchase, an outdoor mall area with shops and restaurants nearby. It was disappointing and strange that there were no sidewalks or crosswalks for hotel guests or people from the apartment complexes. We saw people crossing four lanes of traffic to reach the restaurants and mall. Walking seemed to be considered only within the mall itself. The area doesn’t seem well thought out.

The bed was our least favorite part, despite the reviews raving about it. The rooms were clean, and the pool, lobby, and other facilities were well maintained. Great staff and an amazing breakfast too. I’d stay here again and recommend it.

I had a meeting here, and Jada and Tasha were a big help. Everything was clean and nice, and the whole staff was friendly. I really want to thank them for all they do. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn!
