The location is great, and the staff were great too. Monica at the front desk was especially helpful and moved me to a somewhat nicer room. My first room had a mildew and cigarette smell, dirty curtains, a ripped mattress cover, red stains on the carpet, water marks on the ceiling, and rusty appliances. The oversized chair just took up space. The rooms are a little outdated and could use an update.

We had a pleasant overnight stay in a spacious room with a full kitchen and refrigerator, which would be useful for a longer visit. The hotel is conveniently near the highway, in a retail area with lots of food choices. The TV initially had no signal, but front clerk Raye got it fixed quickly. Props to her for the great customer service.

The staff were really nice and got me checked in early, which I’m grateful for. They also made sure I felt safe in my room. The location isn’t very pedestrian friendly. There’s no breakfast, just an expensive grab-and-go selection. My water and soda cost between $3 and $3.75. The room itself was my biggest concern. The door looked tampered with and shouldn’t be occupied until it’s fixed. The floor was sticky and there were spots on the surfaces when I arrived. I’m a spray-and-wipe person when I travel, so I cleaned them myself and wasn’t too bothered. I don’t usually pull all the sheets back since there are so many layers, but I sanitize where I’ll sleep, strip the bed before leaving, and collect the towels and trash for housekeeping. When I rolled back the lower sheets, the mattress topper was disgusting, and the mattress was too. Management may say it was me, but none of the other sheet layers were stained.

The comforter had what looked like poop or pee stains. Look at the pictures, don’t book. I rarely leave reviews, but I’m warning people because this stay was so frustrating. The floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in days, with hair all over, and there was hair in the shower too. The room was shockingly dirty, and it was clear from check-in that cleanliness and guest satisfaction weren’t priorities. I reported the problems shortly after settling in, after the front desk texted me. I replied twice, but they left me on read. Housekeeping was another issue. If you stay six nights, don’t expect the room to be cleaned at all, period. Between the dirty room, no response from the front desk, and no regular housekeeping, this was one of my worst hotel stays. I wouldn’t recommend it unless they make significant improvements.
