The room was nice and breakfast was pretty good, but street noise was noticeable, especially on the 2nd floor. We arrived 20 minutes early and weren’t allowed to check in or park, despite my diamond elite status, so we went elsewhere for a while. When we checked in later, we had to ask for the welcome amenity and didn’t get a room upgrade. Parking was rough too: sometimes there’s a spot inside the hotel, otherwise you’re in a gated compound with mattresses and homeless people wandering around. A more welcoming staff would’ve made the stay better.

The breakfast was the best part for me, a continental spread with everything freshly cooked. Service was high quality, and the beds were comfortable. The place has a classic feel and was quiet and peaceful. A great spot for family and friends visiting im Montgomery, Alabama.

I’d readily recommend this Staybridge. It’s an IHG partner with fantastic customer service, and the staff were friendly throughout my two day stay. The cleaning was thorough too. Parking costs extra, but many restaurants and bars are within walking distance, and the area feels safe.

The main inconvenience was having to park off-site. The hotel itself was clean, with spacious rooms and plenty of amenities. There was a hot breakfast with a decent range of dishes.

My first stay at a Staybridge Suite was quite impressive. Everything was clean and well appointed. The only small flaw was that the toilet wasn’t level, but otherwise the stay was perfect.
