Sleep Inn Near Quantico Main Gate

The housekeeping team is so nice and always keeps the room stocked with essentials. The rooms are spacious and well kept, and the maintenance worker is friendly and works hard to fix whatever needs attention. Everyone at the front desk has been amazing, friendly, and helpful. My stay has been perfect from the moment I walked in.

The staff were very nice, but the condition of this hotel was awful. The room smelled of body odor, cigarettes, and urine, and it was so dirty I couldn't stand being in it. There were stains on the floor and all over the bed. The light was falling out of the ceiling, the shower head was held together with electrical tape, and our door was vandalized during the night. I'd never recommend staying here. My review has already been removed, but people need to hear how awful this stay was.

Marcus at the front lobby was the only good part of the stay. He was helpful and sweet. Everything else was horrible, and I won't ever stay here again or recommend it. I had paid for three non-refundable nights, so I stuck it out, but even after moving rooms three times, the best one was still not a good room. In the first room there were bugs in the bed and toilet, ripped and filthy carpet, and mold in the showers. The whole place stunk. The second room had no towels, microwave, refrigerator, or TV remote, and the carpet was dirty. I saw people moving TVs between rooms, and they were residents. There was no breakfast, and when I asked about it at checkout on the third day, I got a frozen pepperoni Hot Pocket. The halls smelled like pot, and there was too much smoking in this supposedly smoke-free hotel. The rooms were filthy, people seemed to live there full time, and there were groups hanging around the parking lot. For two nights, someone was sleeping on the couch in the front lobby with grocery bags full of clothes, and I assumed they were homeless. It's a broken-down, dirty hotel, one step above a crack house. A horrible experience.

I arrived from the road and check-in went fine. The staff seemed friendly, but the hallways were dark and the carpet on the way to my room was stained. The toilet was running, and there were urine spots on the front of the rim. My wife wanted to check the mattresses before we lay down. When I lifted the first one, I found a used needle. We grabbed our things and left soon after. The front desk seemed shocked and offered to take a day off the visit, but I didn't take it. I'd steer clear.
