Clarion Hotel Philadelphia International Airport

We were stuck with a delayed flight and only needed a short night’s rest, so I booked a whirlpool room directly through the Clarion website to relax in the jetted tub. After waiting outside in the cold for the shuttle for 40-45 minutes, I had to call three times: once on arrival, then again after 15 minutes, and once more 15 minutes later before they finally sent it. The first room wasn’t ready at all. The bed was unmade and the whirlpool tub was full of water. Since the site had shown the room as available and let me book it directly, I don’t understand why it wasn’t prepared. We went back down to ask for another whirlpool room, but none were available. They moved us to a suite, which was a kind gesture, but it only had a regular tub and the extra space wasn’t useful to us, so that felt like a downgrade. The suite’s headboard was covered in sticky glue or some other substance, so we were moved again to a small room without a tub. After asking once more for somewhere clean with at least a tub, we finally got another suite that was clean and usable. Cheryl (sp) at reception was very friendly and did everything she could to fix things, so I don’t blame her. But during our night on 02/15/2026, the shuttle and cleaning staff were entirely negligent. I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I’m a flight attendant and stay here once a month, paying for a room the night before I sign in for my trip. It’s affordable, under 10 minutes from the airport, and the rooms are clean. The restaurant has good food, too. Most of all, the staff treat everyone with kindness and respect. Shout-out to Miss LaToya, a supervisor there, for being so kind to everyone checking in. The staff is awesome!

The restaurant was pretty good, especially the wings and burger, and the staff were super friendly. I stay here when I travel for work, and it wasn’t a bad stay overall, though there’s room to improve. The hotel feels dated: my room’s carpet was dingy, and the older TV had a tiny screen and wouldn’t connect to Netflix.

The shuttle driver was so friendly and accommodating, and made sure we got to the hotel comfortably after our flight delay. Everyone we met was kind and helpful, which made a stressful, long day easier. Linda deserves a special mention for her warm smile and welcome. She went out of her way to help us pick a room and made us feel cared for. We really appreciated her and the whole team turning a rough travel day into a positive stay. We’ll remember it and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good service and hospitality.
