The birthday card waiting in our room for my husband was such a thoughtful surprise. The staff had all signed it, and I’ll always appreciate that. Everyone was friendly and helped with what we needed. The room was exceptionally clean, easily the cleanest I’ve stayed in despite traveling often. We had a phenomenal visit, and I’d highly recommend this hotel.

The Hampton Inn Duncan has been the friendliest, cleanest place I’ve stayed in years. It’s pet friendly, with an area out back for pets to do their business. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff were super nice.

I’ve stayed at the Hampton Inn before, but this time I was only there to deliver food. On my way out, I saw an older gentleman asking the front desk attendant how to work the TV. She was dismissive and rude, basically telling him she couldn’t help. If you work at a hotel front desk, you’d think you could operate a television, just saying. I tried to help him by looking up the channel list, but I couldn’t find it without knowing the service provider. So I asked the attendant, since that was the information he’d been trying to get from her. She said she didn’t know, then hurried toward the back while I was still asking, like she wanted to avoid talking to us. It was unbelievable.

The room was very clean, the people were nice, and I had a good stay. It’s close to Walmart but far enough from the highway to be quiet and secluded. Thanks again.
