The location is excellent, with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, and the price was very reasonable. Check-in was quick and easy, and there’s a guest laundry room, coffee, and a water dispenser in the lobby. My room was very clean when I arrived, with that freshly cleaned smell. I wouldn’t mind staying again, but I’d want a better room. There were lots of maintenance problems: the AC leaked, the shower water wouldn’t heat properly, and there were holes in the walls where the towel rack had been. The phone jack was pulled out and lying on the floor. The ice machine and one vending machine were also out of order. If they invested in repairs, this could easily be a great hotel.

We had to get our room keys reactivated constantly, and staff kept asking us each day whether we were staying or leaving. Children ran up and down the halls, and there was a strong body odor throughout the place. The room had no fridge or microwave. The shared microwave by the smoking area was filthy, with what looked like brown liquid pooled at the bottom. Several drawers were missing. There were roaches on the shower curtain and bathroom ceiling, filthy window curtains, random stains around the room, and holes in the blankets and sheets from smoking in a supposed non-smoking room. The TV didn’t work at all. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

We left four days early and found another place to stay, but the hotel refused to refund those nights. Around 11:30 p.m., the smoke alarm throughout the building went off because of smoke in one of the rooms. In our room, the bed was stained, the carpet was dirty, and there were several dead roaches plus a live one in the bathroom. The front lobby looked like a four-star place, and check-in was easy. But outside, several homeless people were hanging around and people were sitting in their cars smoking weed. The hallways were dim and hazy with marijuana smoke, food was scattered along the floors, and carpet was pulled away from the walls. Don’t be fooled by the lobby or the reviews. I wouldn’t stay here, especially with family.

The room was okay, but the building was trash. The lobby was the only nice part. They say they accept service animals, and there’s a sticker on the door and the booking says so, but my senior veteran dad was there five days before they kicked him out, saying they don’t accept them. To top it off, a guy who wasn’t security or an officer came to the door with his hand on a gun. I’ve filed some stuff about it. Everyone else, don’t waste your time or money.
