The staff were nice, and the place looks appealing, but the two things I most wanted, breakfast and an indoor pool, were disappointing. The pool looked dirty. The gravy was ice cold, there was no cream cheese for the bagels, and I couldn’t find ice in the breakfast area or the first-floor ice room to fill water bottles. Breakfast starting at 6 AM on weekends would help people staying for ball tournaments. The rooms were clean, and since the tournament wasn’t far from my house, we could have skipped the hotel, but I wanted to make it a fun time. The breakfast hours, food, and pool are why I’m giving the stay three stars.

Traveling with our dogs felt comfortable and safe, thanks to the well-lit outside area at night, and I appreciated that the hotel was pet friendly. My family had two rooms for two nights, and the women at the front desk were welcoming every time we came or went. I’d stay here again when we’re in the area. Thanks, y’all!

It’s in a fairly quiet, safe area with plenty nearby, and about 20 minutes from downtown, so the location worked well. The hotel was nice and quiet, and the lobby and most of the room were clean. The bathtub looked like it needed an upgrade. Staff were pretty chill. Breakfast was an average decent continental spread, with some hot food.

The guest room was extremely clean, and the hotel smelled wonderful. Check-in was easy, breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were very nice, professional, and accommodating. Our stay was flawless, highly recommend.

The room and service during my stay were great, and breakfast was fine, but I was charged twice. I called to ask for a receipt and an explanation of the charges on my statement, and got interrupted while I was speaking. Management didn’t resolve the issue. He said he’d send the receipt, but never did, then started texting me after hanging up on me. I shouldn’t be disrespected over a double charge or refused a receipt. Something needs to change with management. I won’t return to this location.
