The room amenities were lovely, from the bathroom products to the Nespresso pods and fresh chocolate chip cookies. We also liked the 6pm cocktail cart with its house tonics. The location makes it easy to walk to different neighborhoods. Staying at the SoHo House NY felt cozy and homey, and everyone we met was kind and helpful.

It was late last night, and a woman from reception kindly brought our really heavy luggage up to the room. She was so helpful. I didn’t get your name, but thank you so much!

I waited 30 minutes at a table for someone to help me, then ended up leaving. The restaurant waiters and staff act like you owe them money, and the energy makes it seem like they don’t enjoy their work. The customer service was just horrible. Especially bad for a place at this level that’s a “member vip club.” Very bad experience.

You can actually get a seat now, and the staff seem to have been told to stop being rude to guests. Much, much improved. The drinks are still ridiculously overpriced, though.

The pool restaurant’s service isn’t what you’re paying for with the location. Staff are generally inattentive and don’t seem to enjoy being there or serving people. The food was okay, nothing special. The surroundings, menu, and service all feel worn out. The price doesn’t even feel worth bragging about anymore.
