Quality Inn Dundee

The room cost too much for what they offer. It was right by the highway, so traffic was really loud, and the hallway smelled of marijuana. In Room 108 there was no heat, and it took about five minutes for the water to get hot. Someone else’s trash was in the bin, used washcloths were in the bathroom, and the shower curtain had a blood stain. The bathroom doorframe was completely rusted and felt unsanitary.

Michael at the desk was really nice and helpful, and came to fix the TVs when we told him two of ours weren’t working. The beds were comfortable, which was about the only good part of the stay. There were three of us, with each couple in a separate room, but the rooms weren’t clean and one bathroom had black stuff in it. The hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. Breakfast was a joke: everything was empty, and six of us ended up with only coffee. The facility needs attention.

Our weekend was ruined by how gross this place was. We paid extra for a special room with a jacuzzi, but there wasn’t one. The pool was disgusting, with an overflowing toilet beside it and a turd in the water. I had to let the shower run for over half an hour before it got hot enough. Never again.

The pool and the rest of the facilities were filthy, and the room was way overpriced. We’d paid for a room with a hot tub, but there wasn’t one. They gave us $20 back for the inconvenience. Look into other hotels before booking here.
