For about $100, it’s honestly not bad: the room isn’t dirty, and there’s a microwave and mini fridge, plus a heater and window A/C. It’s quiet, though I don’t like the blackout curtains. The shower drain doesn’t work properly. With the $20 fee to book earlier, the total comes to $104. You get what you pay for, so it is what it is.

The location was good, but the grounds need a complete overhaul. People were hanging around the parking lot playing music loudly, and the room felt dirty. The sheets looked as if they hadn’t been washed and had only been gone over with a lint roller; there was bird poop on the bathroom wall (see picture). It felt like an extremely low-budget place, like staying in an India Bazar. It was winter break and the only place with a vacancy.

A peaceful, pleasant stay at a wonderful, very clean motel. The service was great and the whole staff was cooperative. It’s a few miles from Clear water beach and near plenty of restaurants and food options. The place was recently renovated and felt very safe. I’ll always stay here when I go to the clear water beach.

I’ve been staying at this motel for a few months and feel safe here. The staff are really nice, and whenever I need a towel, bedding, or something fixed, they take care of it. I’d recommend this place to friends and family.
