Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia by IHG

We felt like VIPs during our three-night stay with our baby. The place was beautiful, and every staff member we met was so nice, helpful, and accommodating. Milan and Yessinia in the restaurant, valets David and Ricky, and the room cleaners were all top notch. Even with a convention keeping the hotel busy, we were never left waiting for service. They seemed used to handling that many guests. We had an incredible stay and will definitely be back.

The staff were very helpful, and guest services responded quickly with forgotten toiletries. The hotel was clean, neat, and well appointed, and I found the room more than adequate. I enjoyed my stay and would happily return. My four-star location rating mostly reflects that I thought the hotel would be closer to Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Maybe the Falcons will win this weekend, though I’m not counting on it, and make my birthday weekend a grand one. There are some drawbacks. The garage felt tight, and I couldn’t find accessible handicap parking. The large, open, well appointed entry was hard to navigate until staff and signs helped me find reception. The room walls seemed thin, or perhaps my neighbors were enthusiastic at night. The toilet water sits lower than is customary on this side of the pond, in a more European design. I wasn’t impressed by the furnished room’s atmosphere or aesthetics, though my fiance thought the beds’ offset angle looked modern.

For our December holiday break, my son and I tried a one-night staycation in the perimeter area instead of our usual night of fun at the Avalon. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Parking was easy, we had a perfect room with a good view and two queen beds, and my son and his friend got to spend half an hour in the pool before it closed promptly at 10 PM. The boys thought the hotel was amazing and wished we could stay longer. This could become our new holiday spot. Thanks!

The customer service at Crowne Plaza Ravinia really stood out again. I got a text saying my bill was ready if I needed anything. When I spotted a wrong breakfast charge and wondered whether I should call during the week, Tyler fixed it right away and caught another issue I’d missed. He sent an updated bill without me having to do anything. That proactive help is rare. I used to stay here often for business seminars and events when I lived in Atlanta. Coming back for a weekend with my daughter for the SEC Championship reminded me why I like it. The hotel is beautiful, especially around the holidays, with lights along the pathways, festive decor, and elegant indoor spaces. It’s right by MARTA, Perimeter Mall, and everything we needed. I also appreciated being able to charge my EV for free overnight, which is a valuable perk that’s getting harder to find. I’ll absolutely return and recommend Crowne Plaza Ravinia for business, a big event, or a relaxing weekend.
