A confirmed booking apparently didn't mean I would have a room. I reserved six weeks ahead, arrived, and was told the place was full and they wouldn't honor my reservation. I had planned ahead to avoid exactly that, then had to scramble at the last minute to find somewhere else. It disrupted my plans and caused needless stress, far beyond a small inconvenience. If they oversell or can't manage bookings, that's their responsibility. This was unprofessional, unacceptable service, and I'd tell anyone considering a stay to think twice.

I had a perfect room and no complaints. It was lovely staying at a family run place with local ownership. I'll be glad to stay here again when I'm passing through.

The cozy room felt comfortable, and you could tell someone had put real effort into it. We loved the artwork and decor. There was a lovely gazebo area with a chair swing and other seating, plus fairy lights in the tree that gave the whole place a calm feel. It's also near good places to eat. Check-in was quick, and the woman who helped us was so kind. This little place is amazing!

The room was clean, quiet, and nice, and it cost at least 50 to 75 dollars less than some of the big hotel chains in town. The major hotels looked really busy, so I stopped here. I'd definitely come back.

They were very accommodating with my two Great Danes, which I appreciated so much. Our room was spotless, roomy, and comfortable, and there were lots of restaurants, shops, and other amenities nearby. We had a wonderful stay at this charming Durango motel. Highly recommend it for a clean, welcoming place that allows pets.
