For anyone whose job keeps them on the road, this place is perfect. There's truck parking, it's right off I-55, and a gas station across the way for anything you need to pick up. The front desk gentleman was exceptionally hospitable. Excellent service. It's not really a vacation destination.

I've been here all day and still don't have a key or swipe card for my room. Without one, I can't get in and out properly and end up locked out. I called the woman in the office, and she said she didn't know what to tell me and that I should've sorted it out with the woman who left earlier. She said it wasn't her responsibility to make sure I had a key now. Then she told me I needed to speak to her in a better tone. I told her that customer service means making sure I have a key to get into and out of my room.

Bad rooms and bad service. The key cards don't open the rooms. The woman said the computer was shut down and asked for 10 minutes to reboot it so she could give me a card, but she never brought one. Front desk staff have to use a key to get into rooms. The room wasn't very clean, so I had to disinfect it myself. This was the only hotel available near Lexington, Ms., and I could only stay one night. I'm ready to leave. Take your valuables with you, or better yet, only bring what you'll wear the next day. I was close enough to the office to hear a man and woman fighting and a child screaming. I had to call the police, and it woke me up. If I could hear it, the office staff must have heard it too. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.
