DoubleTree Raleigh Durham Airport at Research Triangle Park

This turned into a terrific holiday, largely because of how looked after I felt. Manager Charlie went out of her way to accommodate me, and the staff were so warm and welcoming. Al and India helped me settle in. Before I left, Cleo said something kind that I’ll remember. It was a wonderful place to visit, and the most memorable hotel stay I’ve had.

I stay in hotels often, and it’s rare for the hospitality to wow me like this did. After a long, late work flight, I arrived close to midnight and receptionist Charlie greeted me so kindly. It felt like being at a home away from home. Another night at the bar, Kris was efficient and thoughtful, always a step ahead so I never had to look for him. Great job.

Belindy, Darius, Chloe, Sanai and Mr. Albert made us feel right at home. Their hospitality was unmatched, and they made sure we had everything we needed and wanted, always with a smile and good, positive energy. I loved my stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The fruit water was lovely, and those cookies were amazing. DoubleTree, you guys were amazing!

The team did a great job across the hotel, from reception and the bar to the conference staff, housekeeping supervisor, chambermaids, and restaurant servers. Everyone seemed willing and upbeat, and things ran flawlessly. I did wish the desk chair adjustment button were easier to find and the air conditioning quieter. There were plenty of outlets and the Wi-Fi was great. DoubleTrees are usually nice, and this one is well managed.
