The receptionists were friendly, breakfast was fine, and housekeeping cleaned every other day or when requested. Still, waking up to a large dead cockroach was hard to overlook. When I showed it to the maid, she kicked it into the hallway. I reported it at the desk and was told someone would follow up, but nobody contacted me during the rest of my stay. I didn't see any more roaches, thankfully. At checkout I brought it up again, and the receptionist said they’d had ongoing roach problems. I still haven't heard from the manager, so watch where you step.

Danielle was very kind when she checked me in, and the staff overall were friendly. My room was clean, and nights were quiet. Breakfast was decent, with banana bread waffles among the choices. Just so you know, there’s no conditioner in the rooms. Parking costs extra, though I was given a voucher when I arrived. The fitness room has a Peloton bike.

We slept peacefully for all five nights. The room was clean, smelled nice, and the air conditioning worked really well. The building and parking area were also clean and well kept, and they had complimentary water and snacks throughout the day, a thoughtful touch. The staff were professional, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The location is in a quiet, safe area, less than a minute from the highway and close to a gas station, malls, and places to eat. We enjoyed our stay so much that this will be our go-to hotel from now on.

I chose this hotel in part because I needed an early complimentary breakfast before a morning interview nearby. It wasn't available because, I was told, the cook had overslept. I mentioned this at checkout, but received no compensation, and the woman there was condescending. They also put a $20 miscellaneous charge on your bill at check-in. I was told it would be returned at checkout, then told that only applies if you pay cash. The receipt doesn't show the charge, so you have to watch your bank account over the next five business days and hope they refund it.
