We spent over two weeks here, and the staff made it a stay I’ll remember for a lifetime. Miss Briana, Miss Priscilla, Miss Terry, Miss Patty, and my newest BFF, Miss Amelia, were all wonderful. Everyone took care of our needs and wants, and the conversations felt as comfortable as talking with family. We even changed rooms a few times because we wanted to enjoy the different views, and the staff handled it comfortably. The warm, fresh-baked cookies in the afternoon were another treat. Ms. Gwen was especially helpful in arranging transportation for us to Duke University, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated the excellent service during our stay. We had a wonderful experience with Home2 Suites.

After an eight-hour drive into town, Nick helped me check in, and Ms. Priscilla helped get me settled. The manager of housekeeping later made sure my room had extra towels and housekeeping service. When I mentioned my son’s birthday to the front desk, they surprised him with a lovely cake and a birthday card. I’m not sure whether The GM Jonathan Sweet is behind the great team, but he deserves credit too. As a New Yorker traveling with my family and two children, I’ve never felt so well accommodated at a hotel. The gym is high quality, and the housekeeping in both the lobby and rooms is beyond words. Breakfast has plenty of choices, including Gluten Free bread, and the buffet is clean and well kept. If this Hilton isn’t the premier one in the chain, Hilton is doing itself a disservice. The service beats any other hotel chain I’ve experienced. This Hilton is exceptional and worth more than they charge. Thank you from my family to everyone at Hilton’s Home2Suites Durham University.

We came for my husband’s medical conference and were so glad we found this place. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, the hotel was clean and dog friendly, and breakfast was good and free. The pool and fitness area were lovely, and I swam both days. It was also an affordable stay, with a perfect location for the conference, the performing arts center where I saw Jason Isbell, and restaurants around town. We’ll be back.
