We only had a short stop, arriving at 12:30 a.m. and heading out just after 6:45, but the staff made it easy. They were alert and helpful, got us into our room quickly, and explained the morning coffee and breakfast times. The room was lovely, with hardwood floors and a really cool bathroom. The shower got piping hot and had great pressure, and the soap and shampoo were better than the usual hotel products. The beds were clean and comfortable. In the morning the urn ran out of coffee, but staff brought more out so fast. Honestly, that was a lifesaver. I’d stay here again without hesitation.

The bright bathroom made doing my hair and makeup much easier than it usually is in hotel bathrooms. The shower was big, too, and had a wooden chair for a steam shower or things like shaving. My room had lots of color and distinctive design, and it was larger than I expected. The bed was comfortable, so I got a great night's sleep.

I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels for work, but I’ve never come across this many housekeeping problems. I flew in for a 10-night stay, and after seeing three different rooms on different floors, I decided not to spend even one night here. The photos I took show how unacceptable the cleanliness was in all three. There were dirty doors, hairs on shower walls, and stains of all colors on the seats in every room. In one made-up bed, the spread had crumbs and a strange brown streak. The office chair had dark stains, and the sitting bench had white ones. It was absolutely disgusting. The men at the front desk were polite and willing to help, but I was shocked by how poor the housekeeping was. I’d give zero stars if I could.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is very pretty. Our double occupancy room had plenty of space, plus a sitting chair and desk, which you don’t often get in a two-bed room. The shower works fine, though it has no curtain, which felt unusual.
