We loved chatting with Monica and Daniel. They're so welcoming and warm, and their stories were a lot of fun. The breakfast was delicious, including apple pie this morning! We stayed three nights in the huge Magnolia Suite. The bed was super comfortable and the sheets were amazing. Morehead Manor is gorgeous, with such original, artistic decor. We didn't want to leave and highly recommend it. We plan to visit again, thank you Monica and Daniel!

Monica made the best breakfast I've ever had, and she and Daniel are wonderful. The accommodations were very comfortable, and Morehead Manor's history made the stay a delight. We couldn't recommend them more highly.

My staycation at Morehead Manor was beautiful. It was calm and welcoming, just what I needed to slow down, rest, and recharge. Monica and Daniel were thoughtful, attentive, and kind, and made me feel at home while giving the place a special, peaceful feel. If you need a quiet getaway to reset and take care of yourself, I highly recommend it. I'm already looking forward to going back.

I loved being able to walk downtown and easily catch a show at the Durham Performing Arts Center during my solo retreat at Morehead manor. The hosts were warm and friendly, and the breakfasts were awesome and delicious. My room was comfy and had lovely historic charm. I also enjoyed curling up with a good book beside one of the many fireplaces.

Our room at Morehead Manor was spacious and comfortable, and we both slept wonderfully. Carol and I enjoy historic properties, and this is a beautiful home in Durham. The owners were welcoming and wonderful. They made breakfast for us and sat with us while we ate. The conversation was fun, and we learned a lot from them. The house is near downtown, great restaurants, and Duke University. The American tobacco Trail is also within walking distance, about 3/4 of a mile, which is handy for anyone who enjoys early morning walks.
