The room looked nothing like the photos and badly needed a deep clean. At check-in I was treated like a criminal or thief, then charged a $100 deposit. The next morning they inspected the room when I checked out, as if I’d taken something. There was nothing in there I’d even want, even if they gave it to me. I will not return or recommend this place.

The place is a dump, and the guy at the front desk is rude with a rule for everything. They’re nosey and keep coming to your door, and breakfast means walking over to the hotel next door. On top of that, there’s a $100 deposit and bed bugs. I absolutely don’t recommend it.

After driving three hours to my hometown for the night, I got there and learned they don’t serve local guests. I’d booked online, but they told me I’d have to call the booking company myself and try to get a refund. Apparently that’s their rule, which is pretty wild.

We checked the room before bringing up our things and found strong signs of possible bed bugs. We asked to switch rooms, but the second one had black mold. The rooms were in terrible shape, and they refused a refund because of their “policies and guidelines,” which apparently don’t cover proper cleaning. We had a four-hour drive home, so we chose to drive back rather than risk getting sick with pneumonia or spending $10,000 dealing with a bed bug infestation. Do not recommend.

My credit card company found the hotel at fault after they tried to take $150 from my card. Then the owner banned me from staying there. Lol. Worst motel around, and I wouldn’t trust them with a credit card.
