The hotel is newer and the rooms are fairly nice, but management made the stay unpleasant. I've stayed here a few times, and most of the time the staff haven't been friendly. On my latest visit, the front desk woman was nice but clearly overwhelmed. She was the only one working, with a team staying at the hotel and a very long line of guests, many of whom needed help. Everyone waiting was kind and understood the situation wasn't her fault. Management knew how many people were booked and should have planned for it. Neither printer worked, making check-in harder. One guest was sent to another hotel to print something, even though this place advertises a business center. I had to do the same for a different issue. Breakfast was advertised until 9:30, but food was already being removed when guests came down shortly before 9. I've stayed at Marriott 100-250+ nights a year and was very disappointed. This isn't a good look for Marriott.

The desk clerk was simply rude, and I was refused the government rate despite presenting my Federally issued Government ID. They said it was because of the credit card I was using. As a Platinum Elite with 75+ nights a year, this was the worst Marriott property I've experienced. I contacted Marriott corporate, and they immediately told me the hotel wasn't operating within Marriott standards, that denying the government rate was wrong, and that it would be corrected. Worst hotel ever!

We won't be back after the hotel never responded to multiple calls and emails with pictures. For the two weeks after our trip, my wife and I dealt with bed bug bites. A third of her back was covered in bites and bumps, and she was miserable from the itching. Thankfully, the reactions eventually went away. The lack of follow-up was the most disappointing part. The stay itself had some good points: the hotel has a nice setup, the pool was heated and enjoyable, the front desk was helpful, and the breakfast area was excellent. Mary was extremely friendly.

The hotel's in a great area, but the inside needs work. The hallways and our room smelled bad, the staff weren't friendly, and there were no face towels in the bathroom. We had to clean dried pee off the toilet ourselves because the hotel hadn't cleaned it. I won't go back.

The rooms were nice, but we got no service during our Friday-to-Sunday stay. Nobody cleaned or brought fresh towels, even though I requested them through the app. Maybe the app wasn't working, but I was surprised housekeeping never came by at all. We were counting on fresh towels, and I also asked for another pillow because I was uncomfortable. I didn't hear back or receive anything.
