Zachary at the front desk was especially welcoming and made the stay feel personal, like he really wanted me to feel at home. The whole staff knew my name and treated me like royalty. The rooms were clean, up to date, and well kept. This is hands down the most welcoming hotel I've stayed at.

I had been ready to leave a three-star review over a few things that didn't match my usual Hilton stays. I've stopped bringing issues to hotel managers because they tend to get defensive and leave me feeling worse. This time I tried again, and I'm glad I did. Patti Jo listened closely, showed concern, and took my feedback seriously. I plan to talk with one of the hotel's sales people about a corporate rate. I'll definitely be back as long as she's there.

The noise was awful. Sounds echoed through the walls and ceilings, and it seemed like carts were rolling upstairs for half the night. If the room had not already been paid for, I would have moved elsewhere. I also found ants, and the shower needs a proper bleaching. This wasn't the usual Hilton experience, and I won't stay here again.

After a long flight, Zaque greeted me with more respect and warmth than I've had walking into any other hotel, even though I travel a lot. He went out of his way to point me toward the best restaurant in the area and made me feel at home. Thanks, Zaque, for the great hospitality. Keep greeting everyone with a smile.
