Hyatt Place Eagle Pass

The rooms were roomy and clean, and we’re already thinking we’ll return. Breakfast had a nice range of choices and was delicious. The staff were friendly and always smiling, especially the front desk team working the mornings of Dec 13 and 14. They went out of their way to help, and we noticed. Thanks for the kindness, keep it up! 👍

We felt safe here, parking was easy, and the whole place was very clean and cared for. The staff were excellent. A special thanks to the front desk guy who was working later on 11/4/25. I can’t recall his name, but he was fantastic. We really enjoyed staying here and will be back.

That bed was so comfortable, and the room was clean. The staff were friendly too. I haven’t slept that well in ages. The hotel was perfect.

We only needed a room for one night while visiting Eagle Pass, and the front desk made a good first impression. They were pleasant and professional, with some welcome humor after our 2 + hr drive. The membership gift bag and complimentary wine were a nice surprise and lifted our mood. The room was clean, had good AC and was a decent size. The small gym was clean, the pool was nice, and breakfast had a reasonable selection. Still, we felt the price was a little high for a room that size. The bed was the main problem. It was noisy, sagging and uneven, so I ended up sleeping on the firmer couch. My wife eventually found a comfortable angle and managed about 5 hours of sleep. Not a terrible stay, but the mattresses need an upgrade. Thanks, Team Hyatt, for considering the suggestion. 🤝🏾 Respectfully,
