I found the kitchenette pretty much useless for cooking. There’s no oven, and the room doesn’t come with dishes or cookware, so using the stovetop means buying your own supplies. You have to pay for a more expensive room just to get basics like plates and pans. When I asked to leave a few days early because I couldn’t cook, the front desk wouldn’t refund the unused nights. That felt unreasonable and like poor customer care. If you plan to prepare meals, I’d look elsewhere.

I had a fantastic stay the whole time I was there. The location worked well for grocery shopping, with lots of restaurants close by, and it’s pet friendly too. My room was spotless and stocked as expected for an extended stay, with the option to exchange items during front desk hours. The staff, especially management, were extremely nice and sorted out any issues I had without a problem.

The room itself was okay, but service was basically absent. The fitness room had just 2 tread mills. Check-in was through a kiosk because the front desk closes before 4 pm. Getting a receipt was a real hassle: after 4 calls and several redirects, I finally reached a call center in a different nation, and they managed to email it to me.

The room was clean, but that’s about all I can say for it. For what a room costs, I expected a coffee pot, silverware, plates, glasses, pans, and hand towels. There wasn’t even coffee in the lobby, and the only person to speak with was at a kiosk. I tried asking about discounts, but he couldn’t understand me very well and I couldn’t get an answer.
