The next day, while I was napping, someone tried to enter our room. I went downstairs to fix the key, which had stopped working, and was told we'd been marked as a no-show even though we'd been charged. Check-in had already been a mess. The first key didn't work, and the replacement opened a dirty room with crumbs and lubricant packets on the floor. There were no regular-size towels, only hand towels, so I had to ask for replacements. Before 4 p.m., there was just one person working. This place is dirty, badly managed, and not worth the price. It's an embarrassment to the Comfort Inn name.

I stay here often and don't want to go anywhere else. The rooms are always very clean, and the hotel is kept tidy. I feel for the general manager and staff because they're so short-handed but still do the best they can. I blame the owner for not staffing enough or fixing certain things. I've seen the owner upset staff so much they wanted to leave. Today, manager amber and armada are cleaning rooms because they're so short-staffed.

The room had hair and several stains on the sheets, and they smelled as though they hadn't been washed or changed. I couldn't feel comfortable sleeping there. When I reported the unsanitary room at the desk, I was told to contact online services about a refund. After that, I got passed between several representatives who gave different answers. Some were rude and seemed eager to end the call. I was told more than once that a manager would call, but nobody has. The building smelled musty and sweaty, with marijuana odor throughout. It was so strong I felt like I couldn't breathe, even though I don't have breathing problems. The parking lot was small and full of cars, but the place still felt creepy, deserted, and unsafe from the moment I arrived. I wouldn't recommend this location. If I could rate it below one star, I would.

The room was mostly clean and the staff were just okay. Breakfast had the smallest selection I've seen, and the area wasn't maintained or cleaned until service was over. It worked for one night on the road, but I'd stay elsewhere if I'm in the area again.
