Eagle Wing Inn - Cape Cod

We only had one night here because we were in Boston for a wedding, but my wife and I plan to spend a week on Cap Cod next year and stay at this B&B. We usually choose well-known chains, but my wife suggested this place and it turned out to be the right call. The property is beautiful and well maintained, and our room was clean and smelled fresh as soon as we walked in. We parked and used UBER to visit nearby towns, restaurants, and other places around the area. Breakfast was excellent, especially the homemade muffins that so many reviews mention. It seemed to be owned and run by the family, and that care really shows. Highly recommend it.

Reception was friendly and helpful, the property is beautiful and clearly cared for, and the room was clean and very spacious. The breakfast options were outstanding, and although the pool looked immaculate, the weather wasn’t right for swimming while we were there. The location made it easy to bike to Ptown and get to other things around the area, though the road itself is very busy. I booked online and chose a second-floor room hoping to avoid having anyone above me; I hadn’t realized someone would be upstairs. If I’d called, they likely would’ve told me. The noise bothered me, though it wasn’t unbearable. The mattress wasn’t quite firm enough for me, as a plus-size girly, but it wasn’t awful. I’d absolutely book again, perhaps on the first floor.

We stayed two nights in early June and felt very comfortable at the Eagle Wing Motel. The hosts were welcoming, and our room was spotless and laid out well. The attractive property is conveniently close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, the National Seashore, Nauset Beach, and plenty of good restaurants. If we’re back in the area, we’ll surely stay there again.
