There was a loud cookout at the back of the parking lot until around 10 PM, which wasn’t what I expected while paying for a hotel. The so-called “hot breakfast” was a joke too, with a broken coffee pot and almost no food. The gym wasn’t usable because the treadmills were broken. When I reported that the shower didn’t work, staff told me to “pull harder.” I tried, without breaking anything, and it still wouldn’t work. Several advertised amenities were out of order. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We got a two bedroom non smoking room, but it smelled of urine, smoke, and must as soon as we walked in. The sheets were stained, cabinets were broken and falling apart, and the bathroom was disgusting. I’ve attached pictures. This was the absolute worst Quality Inn I’ve stayed at. I’d give it zero stars if I could. Stay far away.
4/10
The beds were clean and comfortable, and the AC worked, but the room smelled of smoke. There was no shampoo in the shower or soap for handwashing. Breakfast had very limited options, and there was no waffle maker available. Two stars.
10/10
Our room looked over the pool, and the water was just right. The pool was actually deep, too. The gym was clean, with everything working well. Breakfast was fresh and had plenty of choices. The staff were amazing and friendly, and the room was great. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, and lots of places to eat, a coffee shop, gas stations, and Walmart extremely close by. I highly recommend staying here.
2/10
The outside looked nice, and the staff were very friendly. Cable TV was good, and the TV was a nice size. The rest was rough. The room smelled horrible despite disinfectant and air freshener. The bathroom wasn’t clean, the mini fridge was nasty with old spilled liquids in the freezer, and the floors were disgusting. There were stains on the bed sheets and on the chair.
