Best Western Plus Easton Inn & Suites

The room heat didn’t work, and the elevator kept trapping people while staff ignored the problem. The hot tub was disgusting, and the pool had floating hair and wasn’t heated. There was trash from previous guests beside the bed and under the other furniture. Never again.

The location is handy for visiting St. Michael’s, but I wouldn’t stay here again. The whole hotel smelled bad, the night staff were unfriendly, and the free breakfast was cold and gross. Our “suite” was tiny and had stained furniture, hair on the walls and in the tub, and a very firm king bed that left me with a backache. The sofa bed was supposed to sleep two, but there were no linens or pillows for it. At the desk they said they had no more pillows. The safe didn’t work, and although we didn’t use the pool, it looked murky. At least we didn’t find bugs. Our room was next to a staircase, and its heavy metal door slammed so hard all night that it shook the lampshades. The walls were thin enough that we could hear everything in the hall and the rooms beside and above us. I’d strongly recommend finding somewhere else.

The staff were excellent, and the hotel was nicely appointed. I stayed overnight on my way back from Ocean City. It’s close to the bridge and about halfway home from the beach, which helps me as an older solo driver by breaking up the trip.

The room had plenty of comfortable pillows, and the air conditioner worked well. I also liked the ceiling fan for keeping the air moving and the room cool. My daughter and I were visiting family, and had a wonderful stay at The Best Western. Check-in was easy, and the staff were very nice and welcoming. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, breakfast was fantastic, and the coffee was good. They also provide free water, which I really appreciate since I drink a lot throughout the day. The ice machine on our floor was clean and working. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Easton.
