Hampton Inn Easton

The bar and bartender were fabulous, and the location was good. The room, though, was bad. A washcloth from the last guest stayed in the shower the whole time, even through two cleanings. The front desk texted several times to ask how my stay was, and I asked for the room to be cleaned, but it never happened. One of the four lights in the room was out, so it was very dark. The room was outdated.

Margaret, the sales director, helped us every step of the way when we chose Hampton Inn- Easton for our wedding room block in September. She was friendly and informative from our first phone call. We needed clean rooms at an affordable price and somewhere to hold an after-wedding party, and she delivered on both. I’d definitely recommend booking with her. She and her staff are great.

The room smelled of dog and bleach when we checked in. We asked to move, but the surly female receptionist wouldn’t offer a different room or lower the rate. The only option she gave was to freshen it up by spraying air freshener, even though the windows don’t open. What a dump. I’m Hilton Gold Honors, and I’m not sure how they treat other customers. Do not stay here.

We stayed for five days and had the best experience. Thanks for the amazing service.
