We felt like there might be bed bugs, so we left our luggage in the car just in case. The ceiling was falling apart, and the room was very dated and not clean. The bathroom was so bad we went to the next truck stop to shower instead. The person at the counter didn’t seem very good, and the price wasn’t worth staying there. I’d drive farther or pay more. I thought a Holiday Inn Express was bad, but this takes the cake. Zero stars if I could.

I mostly booked the room for internet access. The front desk guy was nice and really helpful, and the air conditioning worked well. There was dust in the shower and a cobweb in the window. The staff don’t speak English, and someone came into the room even though I’d only asked for towels. No big deal, they emptied the trash, cleaned the bathroom, and left fresh towels.

There was dried animal feces on the floor, and the toilet hadn’t been cleaned, with feces streaks inside it. Management was very rude to us both at check-in and when we left. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend staying here. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

The room itself was decent and clean. Booking with the front desk was difficult because of a language barrier. I asked for a crib or pack and play for my young child, and the clerk confirmed one was available. After I paid, he seemed not to understand the request, even after I described it and used hand gestures. Then I was told they had nothing like that. The on-site restaurant is garbage, though that didn’t affect my rating, just an FYI.
