Staybridge Suites Phoenix - Chandler by IHG

This is my favorite place to stay in AZ, and I spend more than 100 nights a year in hotel rooms around the US. It's a beautiful property, smells great, stays really clean, and has plenty of parking. There was a large boys' ball team there while we visited, but the hotel stayed quiet the whole time. Thank you for that. I don't find IHG's breakfast menu very appetizing compared with other brands, in my opinion. Still, it's a great hotel, and I'd definitely recommend it.

For a longer stay in the Phoenix area, Staybridge Suites Chandler Phoenix is a great choice. The rooms are huge, with plenty of room to spread out, and the staff make everything easy. Frankie and Sam were amazing. Breakfast is a good buffet every morning with fresh fruit, and the evening social with beer, wine, and pasta is a really nice extra. Highly recommend.

The rooms had lots of space, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. We were close enough to drive to the restaurants and shops we needed. We didn't make it to the social evenings because we already had plans, though the food looked good. Breakfast was great, and the kids loved using the waffle maker. For our family of four, this was a really good stay at this location. Samuel welcomed us and checked us in with real enthusiasm and courtesy, and gave us a friendly introduction to the hotel and its recent renovations. Luz also kindly arranged an easy late checkout. The free laundry was another highlight after a few days. We just had to bring our own detergent.

It was my second time at this Staybridge Suites, and this stay was three weeks. The rooms were quiet and clean, and everything worked. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The facilities made it feel like a home away from home: breakfast, a big day room with a TV, early-week social hours, and a large patio with music, tables, a pavilion, and hard-plumbed BBQ grills. There's also a pool and hot tub. I'd highly recommend it.
