There’s plenty of free parking, with enough spaces that finding one at night isn’t a problem. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were helpful and very polite. I felt safe here, and the hotel was clean overall, apart from what looked like water damage from a possible leak around the shower walls. Breakfast is included and has a good range of options. I’d stay here again if I’m in the area.

We loved our first stay, so we came back on 4/26, and the pool heater had been fixed. The water was lovely this time, and everything about the return visit was amazing. We can’t wait to come back again. On our earlier visit, my son enjoyed swimming but said the water was freezing. He’ll swim in anything, so I checked it myself and found it cold too. Other guests said the same, which surprised me because the pool area was warm. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast offered plenty of good choices. The location also worked perfectly for the activities we were attending.

The location is great, with easy access to routes around the area, and our room was clean. The shower, though, had very weak water pressure. My bigger issue was the staff. Some were very nice, but I had a couple of rude interactions. When I asked about a late checkout, the person at the counter was pleasant, but another staff member behind her bluntly said they couldn’t do that. I understand if it wasn’t available, but the way it was said felt rude. While my kids were in the pool, several staff members came in to remind us it closed at 10 pm, no exceptions. I knew the closing time, and my family left well before 10, so the repeated reminders weren’t needed. Some staff were kind, while others came across as rude.

Anna And Katie were fantastic, and Joseph was so friendly. The whole staff was welcoming, and the rooms were very well maintained. They treated me like family. I highly recommend this Hotel. Everyone was so nice! Dan.
