Sheraton Eatontown Hotel

Shani left such a sweet welcome for me in my room. I’m a Titanium Elite member and have received all kinds of cards from different hotels, but this one stood out: a typed note, a handwritten card, and thoughtful gifts. Thank you so much. I’ll definitely use those life-saving eye masks. Also, a shout-out to the woman at the front desk tonight. I didn’t catch her name, but she was juggling all sorts of attitudes and people while staying calm and collected. You go, girl!

My husband and I will remember our wedding here for the rest of our lives. The guests loved the delicious food, beautiful atmosphere, and how easy it was to move from ceremony to cocktail hour, reception, after-party, and then upstairs to the rooms. They also mentioned how clean the hotel and rooms were. We had over 265 guests and didn’t hear a single negative comment. ANGEL, RAYNA, HEDI made everything come together. Heidi planned it with me from start to finish. Angels stayed on top of the transitions, set up my DIY decor, then packed it all into boxes on a bell cart for the next day. Rayna bustled my train, gathered my heels, and handed me champagne right after the ceremony. They went above and beyond so I could enjoy the day without worrying about anything. It was magical, and I’m so grateful to all of them. I don’t have my photographer’s pictures yet, but I have some lovely guest shots and a few sneak peeks to share.

For my first stay at this Sheraton, everything went well. We had rooms booked for a wedding party and a private brunch planned for the next morning. The brunch was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was lively. Sunlight coming through the big glass windows really set the mood for a great day. All the service staff were great.

Everyone we dealt with, from maintenance to the front desk and housekeeping, was professional and very accommodating. When we misplaced our remote, they quickly brought a spare. The pool was down for maintenance, but they got it running again fast. The wheelchair lift to the pool still wasn’t working, though. The fridge and AC unit were pretty loud, and we understand that’s outside the employees’ control. Even with those issues, the stay was very comfortable.
