The pool and hot tub were nice, and the chlorine levels seemed fine while we were there. The food was good for hotel food. The room was okay, though the bed's top cover was stained and the quilt had tears. Staff were alright, neither particularly good nor bad.

It's a two-story place with no elevator. The room was okay and not dirty, but clearly well used, with some staining on the ceiling. The continental breakfast was passable, nothing special.

The manager called me today and threatened me over the one-star review I left on the booking site. Everything I wrote was accurate, and I won't be bribed or intimidated into taking it down. Our stay was so bad that we checked out just two and a half hours after arriving last night. There was blood all over the bathroom walls, and the TV and phone didn't work. The hot tub's chlorine triggered an asthma attack in my daughter, and the pool was ice cold.

Breakfast was warm, the pool was excellent, and the room was comfortable. The staff were friendly too. We were very impressed and will definitely stay here again.

The parking spot marked for people with disabilities wasn't well maintained and was very slippery. My dad needed the space cleared of snow and ice, and even with all our help he struggled. I nearly slipped and fell a few times myself. On the bright side, the pool was wonderfully warm and easy to get into in winter. Even the kids who hate cold water loved it, and breakfast was really good.
