Bed bugs! We checked in for a double queen, but when we got upstairs the door was standing wide open with the deadbolt shut. We weren't comfortable with what might have happened in the room before we arrived, so we asked for another one. They upgraded us to room 217, with a king bed and pull-out couch. It looked clean at first, but when we checked the bed, we found a bed bug. We left and will be getting a refund.

It was really quiet, the beds were comfortable, and they let pets stay, which is great. There are carts for bringing in luggage. The fridge is on the small side and has no freezer, but that didn't bother me. A few restaurants are nearby, with more options a little farther away. It's clean and friendly, and I'd absolutely recommend it and stay again.

The price is great, but the service could've been more positive. The staff aren't very friendly. They ran out of coffee, and we waited 15 minutes before anyone did anything. Then they said there was no coffee left, even with five people waiting for breakfast coffee. Walmart is beside us. That's how you run a business. We'll stay elsewhere in the future. Update: They fixed it an hour later.

We'd seen some concerning reviews before arriving, but our pup got a dog biscuit at check-in, and we were given a good-sized room beside an exit door. The room and bathroom were clean, and the beds comfortable. Breakfast had eggs, sausages, hash browns, bread, pancakes, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, tea, coffee, and juices. My one small suggestion is to offer bigger shampoo and soap bottles in rooms meant for more than two people. Thanks to the team for a great stay.

A basic Best Western with clean rooms. The shower pressure was okay, though not great. Breakfast was pretty bad, and water costs $2, while hotels nearby such as Hampton Inn include it for free.
