The check-in clerk was good, but the website listed an indoor pool and continental breakfast, and neither was operating. The jacuzzi was broken too. We ended up staying just 1 night of our planned 3. The room floor was sticky, and there was a brown circle stain under the microwave turntable. The shower pressure was good and the water was nice and hot, but I couldn't get the WiFi to work.

The only reason we're here is that no other places have rooms. I would rather sleep in my truck than in a bed when I don't know if the sheets are clean, and I'll never stay here again. I wouldn't recommend it. If I could give this place a 0, I would. When we arrived, they said they were overbooked and had no rooms. Then they claimed a room had become available after someone checked in and left right away, which we know was a lie. Wet towels were hanging in the shower and a wet bath mat was on the floor. The toilet was disgusting and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time, and the door wouldn't close all the way. The hot tub in the pool area doesn't work either. In the room, the jacuzzi water was running slightly, and the bed looked as if someone had rushed in and just thrown the blankets up.

I asked the owner for my money back and said there was no chance I was staying. I've never asked for a motel refund before. I would never recommend this place to anyone. There was garbage everywhere and a horrible smell. As soon as we pulled in, we thought, yuck. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and paid, but walking down the hall to our room, the cat urine smell was too much. The place seemed like it was being used as housing for a rough crowd. A man stumbled down the hall in front of us at 3 in the afternoon, and I couldn't tell if he was very drunk or really high on drugs. Our room wasn't acceptable either. The in-room hot tub looked like it had been cleaned with a dirty rag, there were blankets for curtains, and rice or something rice-like, only yellow, was all over the floor.

I wish I'd been willing to pay an extra $50 to stay somewhere else. The photos made this look like an okay hotel, but they seem to leave out the bad parts, or might even use pictures from another facility. The low price makes sense now. We wanted a getaway with my husband for our anniversary, but mostly used the room for sleeping while we explored the city. It was the worst hotel I've stayed at. There was hair in the tub, and despite the reservation saying there'd be a spa tub in the bathroom, there wasn't one. The promised hairdryer was missing too. The room smelled really bad, though the perfume I brought seemed to mask it. The bed was okay for comfort. The smoke detector wasn't even attached to the wall. I got the feeling this hotel was a place for homeless people to stay. Whenever we went to the front desk, we waited 2+ minutes for help, and when someone came, we couldn't tell if they were staff because nobody wore a name tag or uniform.
