The second room had bugs, and the first had stained, disgusting old mattresses. A sheet was stuck to some sticky mess beneath the bed. I called the third party I booked through and got a full refund. As we were leaving, the front desk manager threatened my wife and said he’d charge us a $100 deposit because he’d checked the rooms and said they were fine. Don’t stay here.

After the move from Sonesta to Comfort Inn, my reservation was mishandled from start to finish. On check-in, the front desk sent us in the wrong direction for our room. Before that, I’d spent time on several calls trying to sort out the booking. They said that if Sonesta hadn’t passed along my card details, they’d call on the day of the reservation to cancel the room. When I asked the first employee if I could give the information over the phone to keep it, she said no, they were fully booked, and there was nothing to be done. I called again and got a manager, who kept blaming Sonesta, then eventually agreed I could keep the room if I gave them my card details, which was what I’d asked to do at the start. They called it a “misunderstanding,” but the whole place felt like a disaster. I won’t stay there again, and wouldn’t waste my time or money on it.

Leslie was so kind when I arrived tired and hungry from out of state. My family member had booked through a third party under the wrong name, and Leslie patiently explained how we could fix it. She was there when I tried to check in at 10:45pm and again when I came out for breakfast at 8:30am. I hope I’ve spelled her name right, she deserves a shout-out for such thoughtful service. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and breakfast is free, all at a reasonable price. Thank you!
