The snow came down about 5” while we were there, and the lot and paths were cleared really quickly. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was included, well organized, and quite good. We had a phenomenal stay and would definitely recommend this Holiday Inn Express in Eden Prairie, MN.

There was plenty of room to spread out, with a separate living area and bedroom plus two bathrooms. The hotel and pool were both clean and well kept, and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was tidy and stocked with plenty for everyone. I'd gladly recommend this location and look forward to staying here again.

We paid a reasonable nightly rate for our four-night stay. The room had two bathrooms, which was a nice bonus, and housekeeping made the beds and replaced the towels each day. I appreciated that service, since a lot of places stopped doing that after covid. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly.

It was so quiet during our weekend there, even though the hotel seemed full or nearly full. We never heard other guests. The room was one of the cleanest I've stayed in, and the front desk staff were kind and accommodating to my family. There was a decent free breakfast, a super clean pool, and a pleasant outdoor seating area. My guess is the hotel used to be dated and has had updates. We were very impressed and would absolutely return. 10/10, highly recommend. Thanks for keeping it so clean, we noticed!

The lobby and breakfast space are kept extremely clean, and breakfast is sumptuous and delicious. The property is maintained very well, and its upkeep has actually improved during my stays. I've returned several times, usually for more than 2 months at a time, mainly because General Manager RK is so accommodating, courteous, professional, and warm. They make me feel at home and provide the best service. Suggestions are welcomed and acted on. My stays have been very comfortable, and I'd recommend this property to anyone visiting the Minneapolis area. Good value for money. Kudos!
