The chocolate chip cookies 🍪 sold at the front desk are amazing. Breakfast was better than at most places we've stayed, the rooms were clean, and the customer service was excellent.

The location is great, but the bathroom badly needs renovation. There are areas with missing grout, damaged and worn woodwork, and water damage with mold. The windows also look like they haven't been cleaned in a long time.

I've called 50+ times since my stay and still can't get anyone to answer. They need different staff. Maybe hire people who don't sit on their phones with headphones in, so someone will pick up. I've never disliked Hyatt before, but this changed that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. You won't get help!

There isn't much nearby besides a pizza place. Other food and stores are 5 to 10 minutes away. The room felt dated and the couch had stains. The HVAC had no comfortable setting: on cool it could raise penguins, and on heat a lizard would be in heaven. Nothing in between.

The building could use attention in a few places and felt a little run down, but we had a good experience overall. The staff were courteous and helpful, and breakfast was great.
