Friendly, very polite staff and good service made for a great stay. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and it’s close to grocery stores, a shopping mall, and coffee shops. Nice place to stay.

Housekeeping was great and helpful, but the front counter staff weren’t attentive or friendly. The stove in the room was damaged and had burns, which made it hard to use.

Our double queen suite had a pull out sofa, with two bedrooms and a living room. I’d stay again if I’m in the area, and would recommend it for a big family. Parking was a little tight, but we always found a spot. Towels were generously supplied, and there’s on-site laundry. Breakfast was about what you’d expect from a place like this. It was especially hot when we checked in, so I worried the AC wouldn’t keep up. It cooled slowly, but there’s no thermostat limit, and I got the room down to 62 degrees during four straight days of 90+ degree heat. At first, I was hesitant about the hotel’s quality.

This feels a little like our home away from home, and it’s become our usual place in the Twin Cities. The price is almost always under $100, with a full kitchen and lots of hot and cold breakfast options. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast attendant greets us warmly and keeps the food fresh and stocked. On one stay, I forgot my Marriott brand credit card, and assistant manager Sheena went out of her way to help. Today I overslept, so Juana, the housekeeping manager, gave my husband a tray to bring breakfast upstairs. She said not to worry about the time or feel pressured about the kitchen closing. When we checked out, we thanked her again, and she thanked us for staying and said God bless you.
